Current Report No. 30/2018Date: 21 June 2018Legal basis of thereport: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering - GSM list over 5% ofvoteTopic: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number ofvotes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 19June 2018Content:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informs thatthe shareholders present at the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 19 June2018 ("GPW OGM") jointly held 40,075,829 votes.Theshareholder which held at least 5% of votes at GPW OGM was the StateTreasury, which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 73.30% of votes at theGPW OGM and 51.76% of the total vote.The total number of sharesissued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number ofvotes conferred by the shares is 56,751,470.Legal basis: Article70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing theIntroduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and PublicCompanies of 29 July 2005.
