Contents of the report:

The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (the "Company")herewith informs that on 22 June 2018, the Annual General Meeting of theCompany (the "AGM") passed a resolution in which the AGM decided to:

1.toallocate the net profit generated by the Company in 2017, in the amountof PLN 243,907,228.06 (in words: two hundred and forty-three millionnine hundred and seven thousand two hundred and twenty-eight and 06/100Polish Zlotys) to the payment of dividend,

2.totransfer the amount of PLN 151,342,089.44 (in words: one hundred andfifty-one million three hundred and forty-two thousand eighty-nine and44/100 Polish Zlotys) from the reserve capitals created from profits, inorder to allocate it to the payment of dividend,
