ANNOUNCEMENT FOR DIVIDEND PAYMENT

With reference to the adopted decision by the General Meeting of Shareholders of EUROHOLD BULGARIA AD, held on 29th of June, 2018, the Management Board of the Company approved the following conditions for dividend payment:

• Number of shares 197 525 000
• Nominal value per share BGN 1.00
• Total amount of dividend BGN 1 800 000
• Gross dividend per share BGN 0.009
• Net dividend per share BGN 0.00855
• Commercial Bank for payment of dividend Unicredit Bulbank AD
• Date, according Article 115v, para 3 of POSA 13.07.2018
• Initial date for dividend payment 27.08.2018
• Final date for dividend payment 27.11.2018
• Way of dividend payment To shareholders whose securities accounts are located in personal accounts, the dividend will be paid through the branches of Unicredit Bulbank AD, to shareholders whose securities accounts are located in accounts with an investment intermediary, dividend will be paid by the investment firm in cooperation with the Central Depository.
• After expiration of the final date for payment of the dividend 27.11.2018, all shareholders which had not received their dividends for the year 2017 will have the right to receive their dividends from the company. Unclaimed and unreceived dividends after the expiry of the five-year limitation period shall be taken in the Company's Reserve Fund.
