I.

In accordance with Articles 69.1.21 of the Act of July 29th, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on Public Offering"), Laxey Group Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Isle of Man with a registered office at 4th Floor, Derby House, 64 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, registered in Isle of Man Companies Registry with registration number 002431V ("Laxey Group Ltd"), hereby notifies that it received information on sale on June 20th, 2018 of 1,085,788 shares of CPD S.A. ("the Company") to the benefit of CPD. S.A. as a result of acceptance by the Company an offer submitted by Cooperative Laxey Worldwide W.A. in response for announced on May 29, 2018, the Invitation to Submit Proposals for Sales of Shares of the Company..

II.

Before sale of shares to the benefit of the Company Laxey Group Ltd controlled (through the different types of relations) 3,450,671 shares of CPD SA (8.77% of the share capital of the Company), representing 3,450,671 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (10.05% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company). Number of CPD SA shares held by individual entities - shareholders of CPD SA (before the registration of the share capital reduction) is as follows:

1) Laxey Group Ltd: no CPD shares;

2) Laxey Partners Ltd (Isle of Man):

• 863,180 shares of CPD S.A. (2.19%% of the share capital of the Company), representing 863,180 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (2.19% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

3) Laxey Investors Ltd (British Virgin Island):

• 242,986 shares of CPD S.A. (0.62% of the share capital of the Company), representing 242,986 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (0.62% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

4) LACMA Ltd (British Virgin Island):

• 5,175 shares of CPD S.A. (0.013% of the share capital of the Company), representing 5,175 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (0.013% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

5) LP Alternative Fund LP (City of Dover, Delaware, USA):

• 2,415,637 shares of CPD S.A. (6.14% of the share capital of the Company), representing 2,415,637 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (6.14% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

After sale of shares to the benefit of the Company Laxey Group Ltd controls 2,364,883 shares of CPD SA (6.01% of the share capital of the Company), representing 2,364,883 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (6.01% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company). Number of CPD SA shares held by individual entities - shareholders of CPD SA (after the registration of the share capital reduction) is as follows:

1) Laxey Group Ltd: no CPD shares;

2) Laxey Partners Ltd (Isle of Man):

• 593,878 shares of CPD S.A. (1.51% of the share capital of the Company), representing 593,878 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (1.51% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

3) Laxey Investors Ltd (British Virgin Island):

• 167,178 shares of CPD S.A. (0.42% of the share capital of the Company), representing 167,178 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (0.42% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

4) LACMA Ltd (British Virgin Island):

• 3,562 shares of CPD S.A. (0.009% of the share capital of the Company), representing 3,562 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (0.009% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company);

5) LP Alternative Fund LP (City of Dover, Delaware, USA):

• 1,600,265 shares of CPD S.A. (4.07% of the share capital of the Company), representing 1,600,265 votes at the General Meeting of the Company (4.07% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company)

There are no subsidiaries of Laxey Group Ltd holding CPD SA shares other than indicated above.

In the case of Laxey Group Ltd there are no persons referred to in Art. 87.1 point 3 letter c of the Act on Public Offering.
