In connection with the Current Report No. 32/2018 of 6 July 2018 andearlier reports concerning a competitive dialogue procedure for theaward of the sector-specific public contract ‘Construction of OstrołękaPower Plant C with an approximate output of 1000 MW' (‘Contract'), theManagement Board of ENERGA SA (‘Issuer') advises that the conclusion on12 July 2018 of the Public Procurement Agreement (‘Agreement') betweenElektrownia Ostrołęka sp. z o.o. (‘Company') and the General Contractor:the Consortium of GE Power Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader) and AlstomPower Systems S.A.S., selected through a competitive dialogue procedurefor the award of the Contract, came to its notice on the same day.

The subject of the Contract is the design, construction andcommissioning of a power unit together with auxiliary installations,equipped with a pulverized coal-fired boiler having a live steampressure of 271 MPa, with a closed cooling system, with a grosselectricity production capacity of 1000 MWe (931 MWe net) and a netefficiency of 46%, working on supercritical steam paraments, with a livesteam temperature of 600 degrees C and a re-heated steam temperature of620 degrees C (‘Investment Project').

Pursuant to the concluded Agreement, the remuneration of the GeneralContractor for the performance of the subject of the Agreement will bePLN 5,049,729,000.00 net or PLN 6,023,034,950.00 gross.
