Current Report No. 32/2018Date: 13 July 2018Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic informationTopic: Polish Financial Supervision Authority approval of a change on the GPW Management BoardContent:In reference to Current Report No. 25/2018 of 12 June 2018, the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“Exchange", “GPW", “Company") informs that today it has become aware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“KNF") at its meeting on 13 July 2018 approved the changes on the Exchange Management Board concerning the appointment of Mrs Izabela Olszewska and Mr Piotr Borowski to the Exchange Management Board as the Members of the Exchange Management Board.Furthermore, GPW announces that the aforementioned changes in the composition of the Exchange Management Board will take effect on the date when the decision of the KNF approving the changes in the composition of the Exchange Management Board becomes legally valid, but not earlier than 1 August 2018.Legal basis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
