The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports preliminary estimatesof selected financial and operational data for Q2 and H1 2018.

Financial and operational data for Q2 2018:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 530 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 481 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 57 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 4 million.

Gross production of electricity: 849 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 5,584 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 4,754 GWh.

Financial and operational data for H1 2018:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,156 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 990 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 160 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 57 million.

Gross production of electricity: 1,888 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 11,440 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 9,998 GWh.
