Current Report No. 34/2018Date: 19 July 2018Topic: Decisions ofthe Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving changes to theExchange Management Board become finalLegal basis: Article 56.1(2)of the Offering Act - current and periodic informationContent:Furtherto Current Report No. 32/2018 of 13 July 2018 and Current Report No.25/2018 of 12 June 2018, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW")announces that declarations have been delivered today to the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority ("KNF") to the effect that the Exchangewaives the right to request the re-examination of the case, which makesfinal the decisions of KNF approving the changes to the ExchangeManagement Board resulting from the appointment of Mrs Izabela Olszewskaand Mr Piotr Borowski to the Exchange Management Board as its Members.Consequently, all conditions have been met as set out in:-Resolution No. 48/1603/2018 of the Exchange Supervisory Board of 12 June2018 appointing Mrs Izabela Olszewska as a Member of the ExchangeManagement Board, and- Resolution No. 45/1600/2018 of the ExchangeSupervisory Board of 12 June 2018 appointing Mr Piotr Borowski as aMember of the Exchange Management BoardThe Resolutions come intoforce on 1 August 2018.Legal basis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on conditions under whichinformation required by legal regulations of a third country may berecognised as equivalent.
