Registration by the Court of an amendment to the Statutes of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that theCompany obtained the information that on 27 July 2018 the Regional Courtfor Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, Section IX (Economic) of the NationalCourt Register, registered an amendment to the Statutes of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A. with its registered head office in Lubin, adopted by theResolution No. 5/2018 of the Ordinary General Meeting dated 26 June 2018.

Below, the Company presents the amendment to the Statutes of the CompanyKGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:

In § 20 sec. 2 after point 20), point 21) is added with the followingwording:

"21) acceptance of a uniform text of the Company Statutes, prepared bythe Management Board."
