Topic: Results of the capacity market auction for 2021 for entitiesbelonging to the ENERGA Group

The Management Board of ENERGA S.A. announces that on 15 November 2018,as a result of the capacity market auction for 2021 (main auction), atotal of 977 MW of capacity obligation for units belonging to the ENERGAGroup was contracted. The closing price of the auction is within the218.56-240.40 PLN/MW/year range, and pursuant to Article 38.1 of theCapacity Market Act of 8 December 2017, it will be made public by PSES.A. within 3 working days.

The cumulative capacity obligation includes:

- 585 MW for modernised units (with a 5 year capacity contract)

- 392 MW for existing units and Demand Side Response (with a 1 yearcapacity contract)

The above capacity obligations are not the final results of the capacityauction. The final results of the capacity auction shall be announced bythe President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the Public InformationBulletin on his website, on the first working day following the 21st dayafter the end of the capacity auction. Until then, all contracts of saleof capacity obligations are conditional.
