Resignations of Management Board Members of Benefit Systems S.A.

Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, ‘Issuer', ‘Company') informs that on 20 November,2018 Mr Grzegorz Haftarczyk and Mr Arkadiusz Hanszke resigned from thepositions of Management Board Members with the effect from 20 November,2018.

Mr Grzegorz Haftarczyk has successfully completed investment program inthe Fitness segment and will continue to work for the Issuer. He will beresponsible for key projects aimed at increasing competitiveness of themain product of the Company - MultiSport card. Mr Haftarczyk indicatedpersonal reasons as a cause for his resignation.

Mr Arkadiusz Hanszke has built a modern IT department and carried out anumber of important technological projects within the last 3 years. Hewill continue his career outside of the Company. Mr Hanszke indicatedpersonal reasons as a cause for his resignation.
