The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby issues a correction of CurrentReport No. 49/2018 of 5 December 2018 regarding results of the capacitymarket auction for 2022 for entities belonging to the ENERGA Group.
The reason for the correction is lack of the last paragraph in polishversion of the report:
The above capacity obligations are not the final results of the capacityauction. The final results of the capacity auction shall be announced bythe President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the Public InformationBulletin on his website, on the first working day following the 21st dayafter the end of the capacity auction. Until then, all contracts of saleof capacity obligations are conditional.
