Canadian Solar and Photon Energy obtained Development Approval from the NSW Department of Planning and Environment for the construction of an up to 200 MWp solar farm in Suntop. The Grid Connection Study is in the final stages of completion and is in preparation for submission to Transgrid for due diligence and review. This is a major milestone for Photon Energy in Australia, making Suntop the first project progressed with Canadian Solar as development partners and validating Photon Energy’s long term strategy and commitment to the Australian market.
