The Management Board of ENERGA S.A. announces that on 21st of December2018, as a result of the capacity market auction for 2023 (mainauction), a total of 477 MW of capacity obligation for existing unitsand Demand Side Response (with a 1 year capacity contract) belonging tothe ENERGA S.A. Group was contracted.

The closing price of the auction is within the 189,95 - 217,06PLN/kW/year range, and pursuant to Article 38.1 of the Capacity MarketAct of 8 December 2017, it will be made public by Polskie SieciElektroenergetyczne S.A. within 3 working days.

Furthermore, the Management Board of ENERGA S.A. announces that, it hasreceived information from Elektrownia Ostrołęka Sp. z o.o. ("Company"),in which Energa S.A. holds 50% of shares and the same number of votes atthe shareholders' meeting, on the result of the capacity market auctionfor 2023. A total of 853 MW of capacity obligation (with a 15 yearscapacity contract) belonging to the Company was contracted.

The above capacity obligations are not the final results of the capacityauction. The final results of the capacity auction shall be announced bythe President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the Public InformationBulletin on his website, on the first working day following the 21st dayafter the end of the capacity auction. Until then, all contracts of saleof capacity obligations are conditional.
