On 21 December 2018, Eurohold Bulgaria AD received a notification according to article 145 of the POSA for change in the equity share in the public company, as follows:
On 20 December 2018, Specialized Logistic Systems AD increased its equity share in Eurohold Bulgaria AD up to 6.18%, representing 12,207,921 rights of loud in the GMS of the company.
