The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company") publishes the dates ofpublication of periodic reports in the financial year 2019.1. Annualreports:• Annual report for 2018 - 28 February 2019,•Consolidated annual report for 2018 - 28 February 2019.2.Consolidated quarterly reports:• Consolidated quarterly report forQ1 2019 - 29 April 2019,• Consolidated quarterly report for Q32019 - 30 October 2019;3. Consolidated report for H1 2019 - 31July 2019;In accordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulationthe Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2018and Q2 2019.The Company further announces that in accordancewith § 62 sections 1 and 3 the aforementioned consolidated quarterly andsemiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly andsemiannual separate financial reports. Accordingly, the Company will notpublish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.Legalbasis: § 80.1 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
