Zarząd Spółki ATLANTIS SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie niniejszym przekazuje terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2019.

Raporty kwartalne publikowane będą przez Spółkę w roku 2019 w następujących datach:

Jednostkowy raport za I kwartał 2019 r. w dniu 30.05.2019 r. (czwartek).

Jednostkowy raport za III kwartał 2019 r. w dniu 29.11.2019 r. (piątek).

Emitent informuje, że na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał roku 2018 oraz za II kwartał roku 2019.

Raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2019 r. zostanie opublikowany przez Spółkę w dniu 27.09.2019 r. (piątek).

Raport roczny za rok 2018 Emitent opublikuje w dniu 30.04.2019 r. (wtorek).

Jednocześnie Zarząd ATLANTIS SE informuję, iż ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.

The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE headquartered in Tallinn hereby presents the dates of publication of periodic financial reports in 2019.

Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2019 on the following dates:

Separate report for the first quarter of 2019 on 30/05/2019 (Thursday).

Separate report for the third quarter of 2019 on 29/11/ 2019 (Friday).

The Issuer informs that according to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information the Company resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q4 2018 and Q2 2019.

The semi-annual report for the first half of 2019 will be published by the Company on 27/09/2019 (Friday).

Annual report for 2018 The Issuer will publish on 30/04/2019 (Tuesday).

The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE informs that possible changes in the dates of filing periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
