The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE headquatered in Tallinn, Estonia hereby informs that on January 29 st, 2019 the Company received the notification about transactions concluded by a person closely related pursuant to section 19 subsection 1 of the Market Abuse Regulation (the MAR).
