Information about transactions on the Company's shares obtained pursuantto Article 19 MAR
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that they receiveda notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from MrJames van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, aboutdisposal of 10,000 shares in the Company at PLN 964.00 per share on 29January 2019.
