Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering - currentand periodic information

The Management Board of Energa ("Company") announces the publicationdates of ENERGA Group's periodic reports in 2019:

1.Consolidated quarterly reports:

- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 - May 15, 2019.

- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 - November 6, 2019.

2.The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2019containing the Company's condensed half-year standalone financialstatements - August 7, 2019.

3.Annual reports:

- Standalone annual report for 2018 - March 14, 2019.

- Consolidated annual report for 2018 - March 14, 2019.

The Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on currentand periodic information published by issuers of securities and onconditions under which such information may be recognized as beingequivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a statewhich is not a member state. (Journal of Law of 2018 poz. 757)("Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate stand-alonequarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the ENERGA CapitalGroup will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statementand quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publishconsolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2019 pursuant to§ 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish aseparate stand-alone half year report pursuant to § 62 section 3 of theRegulation, either.
