The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces thatin 2019 the Issuer's financial reports will be published on thefollowing dates:

- annual report for 2018 - on 30 April 2019;

- report for Q1 2019 - on 30 May 2019;

- half-yearly for 2019 - on 30 September 2019;

- report for Q3 2019 - on 29 November 2019.At thesame time, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the Issuer willnot publish quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports for Q42018 and Q2 2019.
