Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that Mr. Pavlo Moiseyenko – member of the Company's Board of Directors (executive director), Chief Operating Officer has submitted his resignation from the mentioned positions due to personal reasons. Resignation comes into force as of 15th March 2019.

The Company also informs that Mr. Oleksandr Reznyk – member of the Board of Directors, Business Development Director will also be in charge as a Chief Operating Officer.
