Contract with China Minmetals Nonferrous Metals Co. Ltd. comes into force

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("Company") announcesthat on 21 March 2019 the framework contract signed on 20 June 2016between KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and China Minmetals Corporation for theyears 2017-2021 and announced by the Company via regulatory filing no.22/2016 dated 20 June 2016 was terminated.

The termination of the aforementioned contract fulfilled the conditionprecedent of the new framework contract which was signed on 6 November2018 with China Minmetals Nonferrous Metals Co. Ltd. (a company withinthe China Minmetals Corporation group) for the years 2019-2023, whichwas announced by the Company via regulatory filing no. 42/2018 dated 6November 2018.
