XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Issuer") advisesthat today (27 March 2019) a communiqué of the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.,"KDPW") was issued, stating that in accordance with KDPW decision No.145/2019 of 21 March 2019, 47 000 series N shares and 41 400 series Oshares of XTPL S.A., coded PLXTPL000018, will be registered with KDPW on29 March 2019.
