Podstawa prawna: § 293 Estoński Kodeks Handlowy

W związku z otrzymaniem w dniu 4 kwietnia 2019 roku żądania akcjonariusza PATRO INVEST OÜ, złożonego na podstawie przepisu § 293 punkt (2) Estońskiego Kodeksu Handlowego, wraz z projektem stosownej uchwały, Zarząd ATLANTIS SE ("Spółka") informuje, że uwzględnił przedmiotowe żądanie akcjonariusza w ten sposób, że uzupełnił projekty uchwał przygotowanych na Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki, zwołane na dzień 19 kwietnia 2019 roku, o projekty uchwał w sprawie dodania punktu dotyczącego zmiany roku obrotowego Spółki oraz zmiany Statutu Spółki.

W załączeniu Zarząd Spółki przekazuje zaktualizowane (uzupełnione) (1) treść informacji o zwołaniu Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia, (2) projekty uchwał oraz (3) uchwałę Rady Nadzorczej.

Following receipt of the request of a shareholder PATRO INVEST OÜ on April 4, 2019 filed under the provision of § 293 item (2) of the Estonian Commercial Code, together with the draft of a relevant resolution, the Management Board of ATLANTIS SE (the "Company") informs that it took into account the shareholder's demand in that the way that it supplemented draft resolutions prepared for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, convened for April 19, 2019, for draft resolutions regarding the addition of a point regarding the change in the financial year of the Company and the amendment to the Articles of Association.

Attached, the Management Board of the Company provides updated (supplemented) (1) content of information on convening the Extraordinary General Meeting, (2) draft resolutions and (3) resolution of the Supervisory Board.
