Inreference to Current Report of 18 July, 2012, the Management Board ofBenefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter,the "Company"), hereby announces that the Company received annex of25.04. 2019 to multi-purpose and multi-currency credit facility line,executed by Santander Bank Polska S.A. with its registered seat inWrocław (hereinafter, the "Bank").

The scopeof the annex includes in particular:

a)amendingthe availability period of the granted overdraft by extending it until30 May, 2020; and

b)amendingthe availability period for the granting of the guarantee by the Bank onthe basis of order / instruction from the Company and extending it until30 May, 2020; and

Inconnection with the said annex, the Company is obliged to provide astatement on submission to court enforcement procedure conductedpursuant to Article 777 §1 Item 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure, withthe content as agreed with the Bank.

Apartfrom the above, the said annex contains provisions typical of agreementsof this kind.

There areno links of any kind either between the Company and the Bank or betweenthe individuals managing or supervising the Company and the Bank.
