TheBoard of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (hereinafter - "the Company") herebyinforms that due to a recent change of the Company's external,independent auditor, publication of the audited consolidated annualreport for 2018 will be postponed until 31 May 2019. Meanwhile, theCompany's un-audited consolidated annual report for 2018 will bepublished no later than 30 April 2019.Aspreviously reported, the Board of Directors of the Company recentlyappointed C-CLERC S.A. as external, independent auditor for thefinancial year ended 31 December 2018. This recent appointment requiresadditional time for the auditors C-CLERC S.A. to work on theconsolidated annual report.
