The Company announces that it received notification on 20 June 2025 that Sunil Dhall, Chief Financial and Operating Officer and PDMR, sold 520,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and repurchased 520,000 Ordinary Shares into Mr Dhall's ISA account.

Following this transaction Mr Dhall's beneficial interest in Peel Hunt shares has not changed.
