As an update on the previousreport #3 dated 29 April 2019 regarding postponement of the audit of theconsolidated annual report of KSG Agro S.A. for 2018, the Board ofDirectors of KSG Agro S.A. hereby informs that due to additionalworkload incurred in the process of the audit the publication of theaudited consolidated annual report for 2018 will be further postponeduntil 30 June 2019.

As previously reported, theBoard of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. recently appointed C-CLERC S.A. asexternal, independent auditor for the financial year ended 31 December2018. This recent appointment requires additional time for the auditorsC-CLERC S.A. to work on the consolidated annual report.Thelegal basis:art. 56. section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offerings in conjunctionwith par. 5 section 1 point 24 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 19 October 2005 regarding current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws from 2005 Nr 209,item 1744).
