Current Report No. 14/2019Date: 17 June 2018Subject: Resolutionof the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on dividend payment for 2018Legalbasis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Offering - current and periodicinformationContent of the report:The Warsaw Stock Exchange("GPW", "Company") informs that on 17 June 2019 the GPW Ordinary GeneralMeeting ("GPW OGM") took a resolution on distribution of the Company's2018 net profit. GPW OGM resolved to allocate the amount of PLN133,470,960.00 (in words: one hundred thirty three million four hundredseventy thousand nine hundred sixty zloty). The dividend payout ratiowill be 72.7% of the consolidated profit (77.1% of the net profitattributable to the shareholders of the parent entity adjusted for theshare of profit of associates).The dividend per share is PLN 3.18(in words: three zlotys eighteen groszy). The number of shares coveredby the dividend is 41,972,000. Simultaneously, GPW OGM set the dividendrecord date for 19 July 2019 and the dividend payment date for 2 August2019.Legal basis: § 19.2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and on conditions under which information requiredby legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
