The Management Board of the issuerVIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki(hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby announces that on 20June 2025, the Issuer received a letter from Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne PZU S.A., acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU"Złota Jesień" a shareholder of the Issuer, about the intention tonominate Ms. Małgorzata Starczewska - Krzysztoszek as a candidate forMember of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.

The application was submitted inconnection with the Annual General Meeting of the Issuer convened for 23June 2025 and the agenda item providing for the adoption of resolutionson the election of Supervisory Board Members for a new term of office.Draft resolution, the candidate's CV and consent to run for theSupervisory Board together with a statement were attached to theapplication.

The application for candidacy, CVand consent to stand as a candidate together with the declarationconstitute appendices to this report.
