The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław(the "Issuer") informs that on the Annual General Meeting of the Company(hereinafter: "AGM") held on 28 June 2019 at least 5% of the totalnumber of votes on this meeting was owned by the following stockholders:
