As an update on the previousreport #5 dated 31 May 2019 regarding further postponement of the auditof the consolidated annual report of KSG Agro S.A. for 2018, the Boardof Directors of KSG Agro S.A. hereby informs that the audit is enteringits final stage and the publication of the audited consolidated annualreport for 2018 is expected in July 2019. As previously reported, theBoard of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. had recently appointed C-CLERC S.A.as external, independent auditor for the financial year ended 31December 2018. This recent appointment required additional time for theauditors C-CLERC S.A. to work on the consolidated annual report. TheUnaudited consolidated financial statements of KSG Agro S.A. for 2018were published on 29 April 2019 and included in report #4Thelegal basis:art. 56. section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offerings in conjunctionwith par. 5 section 1 point 24 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 19 October 2005 regarding current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws from 2005 Nr 209,item 1744).
