Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year ending 30 June 2020

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby releases the schedule of publication of its financial reports in the financial year 2020 commencing 1st July 2019 and ending 30th June 2020:

For the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2019 ("FY2019"), the date of publication shall be: 31st October 2019

For semi-annual consolidated report for the 1st half of the financial year 2020 ("1H FY2020") the date of publication shall be: 28th February 2020

For quarterly consolidated reports, dates of publication shall be the following:

1st quarter of the financial year 2020 ("1Q FY2020"): 29th November 2019

3rd quarter of the financial year 2020 ("3Q FY2020"): 29th May 2020
