Subject:Correctionof the Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report of the CIECH Group for theI quarter of 2019

The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company" or "Issuer") in reference toCurrent Report No. 27/2019 dated 25 July 2019, in which it informedabout correction of the Annual Report of CIECH SA. for 2018 andConsolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018, provides aninformation on the adjustment of the Extended Consolidated QuarterlyReport of the CIECH Group for the I quarter of 2019 ("Quarterly Report").

The correction of the Quarterly Report is aconsequence of the changes introduced in the Consolidated Annual Reportof the CIECH Group for 2018. The scope of the adjustments the QuarterlyReport is described in the attachment to this report.

The company will submit the adjusted Quarterly Report.
