CEZ Group acquired a stake in EUROKLIMAT

CEZ Group acquired a 76% stake in the Polish company EUROKLIMAT, with an option to purchase up to 100% stake.

EUROKLIMAT, company with 20 years of experience in the market, is a general supplier of sanitary equipment and is a leader on Polish HVAC market. It provides installation, maintenance and design services in cooperation with the world's leading manufacturers of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment.

EUROKLIMAT currently employs 223 people in four different Polish cities: Poznan, Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdansk. Last year, the company achieved a total turnover of almost CZK 1.5 billion.
