The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that on 14October 2019 a communiqué of the Central Securities Depository of Poland(Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., "KDPW") was issued,stating that in accordance with KDPW decision No. 826/2019 of 7 October2019, 78 000 Series P shares of XTPL S.A., coded PLXTPL000018, will beregistered with KDPW on 16 October 2019.
