The Management Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Company")informs that on 25 October 2019 Mr. Artur Osuchowski - a Member of theManagement Board of CIECH S.A. submitted his resignation from thefunction of the Management Board of the Company, with immediate effect,without giving reasons for the resignation.
Legal basis:§ 5 pt.4), of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securitiesand conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
