Subject: Appointment of the President of Management Board of PfleidererGroup S.A. (Chief Executive Officer)

The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that on 7 November 2019 the Supervisory Board of the Companydecided to appoint Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz to the Management Board ofthe Company as the President of the Management Board (Chief ExecutiveOfficer). The appointment of Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz takes effect from8 November 2019.

Mr Zbigniew Prokopowicz (born in 1967) is a graduate of Paris-DauphineUniversity and an MBA graduate of Paris Institute of Political Studies.He also studied at the Main School of Planning and Statistics (atpresent Warsaw School of Economics).

Mr Zbigniew Prokopowicz in the years 2016-2019 held the position ofChairman of the Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer Group SA. In the years2008-2016 was a President of Management Board of Polenergia SA. In theyears 2004-2008 he held the position of Chairman of the SupervisoryBoard of Polenergia SA. In the years 2004-2007 he performed the functionof Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Opoczno SA. In the years2005-2008 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DGS S.A. andPresident of the Management Board thereof. He managed companies indifferent industries, e.g. motorization, paper, packaging and energy.Prior to joining Polenergia SA, he was the President of the ManagementBoard of Mondi Packaging (Anglo American Plc) in Poland as well as inGreat Britain.

Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz is not engaged in any activities competitive tothe business of the Company. He is not a partner in any partnershipunder civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of agoverning body of an incorporated company or any other legal entity,which would conduct activities competitive to the Company's business.Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz has not been entered in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

This current report was prepared on the basis of § 5 item 5 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information to be published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosureis required under the laws of a non-member state (Official Journal 2018,item 757).
