Subject: The decision to settle all disputes regarding the invalidity ofthe agreement for the sale of property rights under certificates oforigin between Energa Obrót SA and yet one of the sued wind farmsamicably

In reference to current report No 37/2017 of 11 September 2017, theManagement Board of ENERGA SA informs that on 22nd of July 2019 itreceived information that its subsidiary Energa Obrót SA and one of the22 wind farms sued by Energa - Obrót S.A. has settled all disputesregarding the agreement for the sale of property rights undercertificates of origin amicably.

Cooperation on the basis of an agreement questioned by Energa-ObrótS.A., parties of the settlement, recognized as definitively completed.

The conditions under which the settlement was concluded, are neutral forEnerga - Obrót S.A. and do not significantly affect its financial result.

This is the sixth settlement between Energa Obrót SA and the sued windfarms. The total capacity of the facilities affected by the settlementsconstitutes about 44% of the total installed capacity of all defendantsof wind farms.
