The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that it has sold its 51% interest in the project company which holds all project rights for the Brewongle Solar Farm to an undisclosed buyer. For the transaction completed right before the end of the year financial terms were agreed not to be disclosed.

Pottinger acted as financial advisor and Clifford Chance acted as legal advisor, respectively, to Photon Energy on the transaction.
