The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 8 January2020 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company, about sale of 15 000 shares in the Company at PLN 950.00per share on 7 January 2020.
