Publication dates of periodic reports in 2020

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company'), announces the Company'spublication dates of periodic reports in 2020:

Annual reports:

1. Annual report for 2019 - 1 April 2020

2. Consolidated annual report for 2019 - 1 April 2020

Quarterly reports:

1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020 - 6 May2020

2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020 - 10November 2020

Semi-annual reports:

1. Report for the first half of 2020 - 19 August 2020

2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2020 - 19 August 2020

The Company informs that in 2020, it will publish consolidated quarterlyreports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation'), in lieu ofthe publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports forthe fourth quarter of 2019 and second quarter of 2020.
