Subject: Supplementary information on persons appointed to the positionsof Members of the Management Board of Energa SA - supplementation of thecurrent report No. 37/2019

Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Offerings -current and periodic information

The Management Board of Energa SA (the "Company") hereby providesinformation on the Members of the Management Board of the Companyappointed on 13 December 2019 by the Supervisory Board of the Company tothe Management Board of the 6th term of office of Energa SA as of 17December 2019.

Mr. Jacek Goliński - President of the Management Board of Energa SA

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at theKoszalin University of Technology (MA studies, 2014). In 2017, hecompleted a postgraduate studies program in agricultural economics andagro-energetics, and in 2018, he completed a postgraduate studiesprogram Executive Master of Business Administration at the University ofCommerce and Services in Poznań, which help him to improve hismanagerial skills integrating competencies from such areas asmanagement, finance and soft skills.

Beginning in October 2019, he performed the function of President of theManagement Board of ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o.o., directing, managing andsupervising the company's activity within a collective Management Board.He focused on developing the company, among others by seeking solutionsaimed at the creation of new and development of the current processes,mechanisms, technologies and solutions that were used by the company,products it manufactured or distributed, and the services that itprovided.

Beginning in May 2018, he performed the function of President of theManagement Board of Inowrocławskie Kopalnie Soli "Solino" S.A., managingthe company's activity and supervising the implementation of its KeyPerformance Indicators. He developed and supervised the implementationof the company's strategy and also supervised the planning andimplementation of investments. He effected, among others, conclusionwith Ciech S.A. and Ciech Soda Polska S.A. an agreement related totechnical infrastructure that enabled combining the saline solutiontransmission systems of the Salt Mine and the Underground Crude Oil andFuel Storage Depot "Góra" with the saline solution transmission systemof the Mogilno Salt Mine into a single logistics unit, under fullcontrol of IKS "Solino" S.A.

Beginning in May 2017, as General Director of the Gdańsk Branch ofEnerga Operator S.A., he performed business processes, includingoperational management of grid assets, optimization of investmentprocesses in terms of effectiveness of the expenditures made andoptimization of processes that improve economic effectiveness of theBranch.

In 2014 he operated as a sole proprietor in the field of energyconsulting and was a Regional Sales Manager in PKP Energetyka S.A.Between 2007 and 2013, Mr. Jacek Goliński was associated withEnerga-Obrót S.A., where he performed the function of an AuthorizedRepresentative of the Management Board and supervised the implementationof commercial plans, the building of the purchasing portfolio and directcare of strategic clients. Between 2004 and 2007, he coordinated tasksin the commercial area, among others in Carlsberg Polska, Wella Polskaand ZT Kruszwica.

His current professional career is mostly associated with management,supervision over the company's activity as well as marketing,achievement of the set sales targets and optimization of businessprocesses taking place in enterprises, in particular in the energysector.

As declared in his statement, Mr. Jacek Goliński is not engaged in anyform of business activity competitive to Energa SA, does not participatein a competitive company or partnership, as a partner of a civil lawpartnership, a partnership or as a member of a company body and does notparticipate in any other competitive legal person as a member of itsbody.

Mr. Jacek Goliński is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained under the National Register Court Act.

Ms. Adrianna Sikorska - Vice-President of the Management Board of EnergaSA for Communication

Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA since 17 Decemberlast year. In charge of communication, corporate social responsibility,sponsorship and marketing activities.

Ms. Adrianna Sikorska is a manager with about a dozen years'professional experience in the areas of information, analysis andsecurity. She has hands-on knowledge of building communicationstrategies, and knowledge of the financial mechanisms of businesses. Ms.Adrianna Sikorska has experience in the key areas of operationalbusiness management, i.e. communication, security, finance, logistics,and human resources.

In the years 2016 to 2019, she held board and managerial positions inthe energy sector, being professionally associated with PKN Orlen Groupentities. In the years 2013 to 2016, she provided consulting services inthe areas of risk detection, business irregularities and theirelimination. In the years 2007 to 2013, she was an economic analysisexpert with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). In the years 1993to 2007, she held specialist and expert positions with the Police.

She completed her postgraduate Executive MBA studies at the Universityof Commerce and Services in Poznan. Ms. Adrianna Sikorska graduated fromthe College of Entrepreneurship in Warsaw, the Lublin University ofTechnology, and the Police Academy in Szczytno.

As declared in her statement, Ms. Adrianna Sikorska is not engaged inany form of business activity competitive to Energa SA, does notparticipate in a competitive company or partnership, as a partner of acivil law partnership, a partnership or as a member of a company bodyand does not participate in any other competitive legal person as amember of its body.

Ms. Adrianna Sikorska is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained under the National Register Court Act.
