Subject Adoption of the Arrangements on the subject of analyses duringthe suspension of work on the Ostrołęka "C" Project.

With reference to current report No. 8/2020 of 13 February 2020, theManagement Board of Energa SA ("Issuer") informs that on 21 February2020 the companies ENERGA S.A. and ENEA S.A. (hereinafter jointly"Sponsors"), signed the Arrangements on the analyses during thesuspension of work on the Ostrołęka "C" Project ("Arrangements").

About carrying out analyses regarding the construction of the Ostrołęka"C" Power Plant with a capacity of approx. 1,000 MW ("Project") theSponsors decided in the Agreement signed on 13 February 2020 regardingfurther actions in the Ostrołęka "C" Project (which the Issuer announcedin the earlier current report No. 8/2020 of 13 February 2020).

The Arrangements determine the detailed scope and schedule of analysesof technical, technological, economic, organizational and legal aspectsas well as financial aspects of the Project. According to the Sponsors'assumptions, the multi-stage analysis process will be completed until 7May 2020.
