Information on the results of the conducted tests for impairment

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that the majorwork related to impairment testing of international mining assets of theKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group and assets of the company "Energetyka" sp.z o.o. (a subsidiary of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. - 100% share) and itssubsidiary - WPEC S.A. (100% share) has been completed. Information onthe results of the conducted tests for impairment may be found in theappendix to this report.
