MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE") hereby announces that the board of directors resolved to convene the shareholders' meeting for 31 July 2025 at 3:00 p.m. CEST at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (in Amsterdam, Schiphol Boulevard No. 101).

In connection with this meeting, MFE has published the following documents:

• (i) the notice of call and the explanatory report;
• (ii) the proposed amendment to the Articles of Association; and
• (iii) the proxy voting form.
