SIGNINGAN ANNEX TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT WITH ALIOR BANK S.A.

TheManagement Board of KRAKCHEMIA S.A. with a legal seat in Kraków ("TheCompany") informs that on 06.03.2020it received information about signing the annex to the credit agreementNo. U0003207958476/A for credit in the current account between AliorBank S.A. and the Company on 27.02.2020 ("TheCredit Agreement"). The creditbalance as of 27 February 2020 amounts to 5 753 592,51 PLN. Inaccordance with the annex, the date of final settlement of the loan hasbeen prolonged until 31 December 2020. The loan will be amortised ineleven monthly instalments of 60 thousand PLN each, starting from 29February 2020. The last instalment will settle the remaining balance.
