Based on the notification about the share in voting rights of shareholder Tinsel Enterprises Limited with its seat at Klimentos, 41-43 Klimentos Tower, 2nd floor, Flat/ Office 22, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus, reg. No. HE153960 (hereinafter the "Shareholder"), dated 09-03- 2020 received on 13-3-2020, we hereby report the Shareholder's share on the Company voting rights, as their share decreased below the 5% limit:
