The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the Ministerof State Assets submitted statements informing that - pursuant to §18section 3 point 3 of the Company's Articles of Association - on 19 March2020 it appointed Mr. Trajan Szuladziński to the Company's SupervisoryBoard.
